Please note that students are issued with “Statement of Results” on these days. Statement of Results are not Exam Certificates. (Please see Exam Certificates section for information about certificates).
Exam Certificates
GCSE and GCE Certificates are normally available for collection from school reception from October onwards. Please check with the Exams Office first to make sure they have arrived from the Exam Boards.
If you are a school leaver and you are not able to collect your certificates in person, we are prepared to post your certificates to you if you supply us with a large stamped addressed envelope (32cm x 23cm), but please note that this will be at your own risk.
Alternatively, if school leavers have a sibling still attending school they can be collected on their behalf, as long as a letter of authorisation is provided.
Please note that is a requirement of the Examining Boards that all certificates be returned to them or destroyed if not collected within 12 months of issue. Therefore we suggest that certificates are collected no later than April of the following year of issue.
